Lead Pastor – Josh Finklea

Josh is married to Krista and has raised four incredible kids. His life and ministry are centered around the core belief that people matter to God. That simple truth has carried him to preach and communicate in a relational way that is Bible based, Christ centered, and response oriented. Josh’s goal is to help people connect, discover, and respond to Christ, His word, and His will.

Josh grew up in Indiana and met Krista while in college. He graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a major in biblical studies and ministry. Krista graduated from Indiana University with a major in education. They both have dedicated their lives serving and ministering to This Generation. Krista has done that through education both as a teacher and as a principal. Josh has always done that through serving as a student and family pastor and now as a lead pastor. Josh transitioned from a This Gen pastor to a lead pastor so that he could better serve and empower This Gen and families.

Josh loves doing home projects and working in the yard, playing golf, watching football, anything at The Inlet, and sitting on the beach with Krista reading books, listening to the waves, and watching the sun go down.
