Setup your recurring giving with these simple steps!

Getting Started in Planning Center Giving

We are migrating to a new servicer for our online giving. Between March and June, we will be migrating everyone over to Planning Center Giving and to the Church Center App. This page highlights a few things to help make it easy.

Use the Church Center App and click the GIVE button on the bottom or Click button below to give online through website:

Enter the amount and choose recurring or one-time. Follow the prompts to complete the donation.

  • Online, you can choose multiple funds for each donation. In the app, you’ll need to set up separate gifts if you want to give toward multiple funds (i.e. Join the Movement (Tithes/General Fund), Church Planting/Missions)

  • For those concerned about processing costs, ACH (transfer directly from your account) has the least expensive processing fees - only $0.30/transaction.

  • You also have the option to cover the cost of the processing fee, by choosing this option it allows the church to receive your full donation. 

Do you have a recurring donation schedule in Pushpay? 

If you have an automatic donation schedule set up in Pushpay, here is how you can cancel that schedule.

  1. Click “Sign In” at the top right on desktop or the 3 horizontal lines on mobile & then select “Personal Sign In”.

  2. Sign in using your phone number or email, and verify with the 6-digit code Pushpay sends you. Click “Sign In”

  3. Scroll down to “Recurring gifts”, and click on the current schedule.

  4. Click “Edit” on the current schedule.

  5. Click “Action” and follow the prompt to CANCEL.

  6. When asked if you’re sure, click “YES”.

If you don’t have our app downloaded…

If you enable location services, The Rock Church should be near the top of the list, or you can search for The Rock Church.

  • Follow the prompts to confirm The Rock Church is the church you want to connect with, enter your phone number or email address to verify your identity (this avoids passwords).

  • Explore the app, including the More button to see all the things available in the app, including signups, sermons and access to The Rock Church’s event calendar.
