An internship in our Guest Experience ministry focuses on first impressions and the volunteer ministries of the Rock Church, which leads the weekend experience in order to help people find what matters. This internship will help both new guests and new believers get connected to Jesus and others. Aspects of the internship will include: volunteer management and coordination, equipping and empowering volunteer leaders as they serve, follow-up with new guests and believers to get them connected, building relationships among volunteers, and creating welcoming ("wow") environments for guests who walk through the church doors. Throughout the internship you will have the opportunity to help people who are new to faith and new to church find purpose and a place to belong.
